Beloit sits at the heart of Rock County, and it's one of the most active communities we serve for outdoor events. Graduation season is particularly busy — with multiple high schools and the presence of Beloit College, late May and early June weekends fill up fast. If you're planning a Beloit graduation party or an outdoor celebration tied to a Beloit College event, we strongly recommend booking as early as possible.

Beloit's residential neighborhoods range from historic properties with mature trees and tighter footprints to newer developments with more open yard space. Our complimentary site visits — included with all tent rentals — let us assess your specific property before we commit to a setup plan. We check for overhead clearances, underground utilities (we place the 811 Dig Safe call), and surface conditions, and we'll tell you exactly what will and won't work at your site.

For outdoor events along the Rock River or at Beloit's parks and public spaces, permit requirements may apply. Permits are the renter's responsibility, but we're happy to advise on what's typically required for tented events in public spaces so you can plan accordingly.

We serve all of Beloit throughout our April–October season. Tent rentals include professional setup and teardown — delivery fees apply. Tables, chairs, and linens are available with delivery and setup for an additional fee.
