Festivals and large community events present a different set of challenges than backyard parties. You may need multiple tent configurations across a large footprint — vendor tents, a main stage shelter, a seating area, and a food zone, each with different spatial requirements. Cork & Clover Events can supply multiple tents across a single event, and we'll work with your layout to determine sizing and placement that maximizes usable space.

Our high-peak frame tents are freestanding — no center poles, no guy wires — which makes them ideal for high-traffic public events where people are moving through the space continuously. The 20×80 tent covers 1,600 square feet and seats up to 160 guests banquet-style, while multiple tents can be combined across your footprint for full-event coverage. Sidewalls are available to define spaces, block wind, or enclose sections entirely.

For hard surface installations — asphalt parking lots, paved fairgrounds, or concrete event spaces where ground staking isn't possible — we offer 700lb concrete ballasts that anchor the tent frame securely without penetrating the surface. Ballast quantity is determined by tent size and site conditions, and we'll assess this during a site visit.

Large events often require advance planning, permit coordination, and site assessment. We recommend reaching out as early as possible for festival and large event inquiries — not just because dates fill up, but because larger installations benefit from a proper site walkthrough to confirm placement, utility clearances (we handle the 811 Dig Safe call), and surface conditions before delivery day.
