We offer complimentary site visits for all tent rentals. We'll assess your venue, check for underground utilities (we handle the 811 Dig Safe call), confirm the right tent size for your guest count and layout, and walk through staking or ballast options depending on your surface. Permits are the responsibility of the renter — we'll let you know what's typically required so you're prepared.
