ABOUT THIS ITEM

Safe Installation on Any Surface.

Not every event location has grass or soft ground available for staking — and that's exactly what concrete ballasts are designed for. If your tent is going up on a driveway, concrete patio, pavers, asphalt, or any other hard surface, ballasts are required to safely anchor the tent frame and ensure stability throughout your event, regardless of wind or weather.

Each ballast weighs 700 pounds and is engineered to work with our high-peak frame tent system. The number of ballasts required depends on your tent size and the specific site conditions — we assess this during the planning process and site visit so your estimate covers exactly what you need. Ballasts are positioned discreetly at the tent legs and don't impact the footprint or aesthetics of your setup.

For events on grass or soft ground where staking is possible, we handle the 811 Dig Safe call before any staking at no extra charge — this is always our responsibility. For hard surface events, ballasts replace staking entirely and provide the same level of safe, stable anchoring.
